Shipping policy
Shipping
Due to the operational hours of the Gallery, we ship orders from Wednesday to Saturday. Orders are sent out on either the same or next working day.
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and dependant on the items dimensions and weight.
Christmas Shipping
UK - All online orders must be placed before 18.00 on Friday 15 December to arrive in time for Christmas.
International - All online orders must be placed before 18.00 on Wednesday 6 December to arrive in time for Christmas.
San Mei Gallery will be open until Thursday 21 December for in person collections.
Uk Shipping
Most orders are shipped using UK Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class.
Specific orders may be shipped using Royal Mail tracked and signed service, customers will be notified of tracking numbers once the order has been fulfilled.
All orders should arrive between 2-5 working days.
Europe & rest of world (including USA)
All orders are shipped using Royal mail international standard service.
Delivery time is dependant on location of shipping.
Customers from outside the UK
If your order is to be delivered outside the United Kingdom, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Packaging
All effort has been made to choose sustainable packaging options. We re-use as much packaging as possible and choose recyclable options where we can.

Two For Joy: Winter Fundraiser
All works purchased online will be available to collect from the gallery on 16 - 21 December or will be posted on 15 December to arrive in time for Christmas.
All artworks will be posted using royal mail Tracked 24 with signature, unless noted otherwise in the artwork description.
Please note any works purchased online after December 15 will not be shipped until January.
Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK must be made before 18.00 on Wednesday 6 December to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas.
